Running an incubator taught us to look beyond features and delivery milestones. Who will use the product? What makes it valuable? What needs to be built now, and what can wait?

An innovator at heart, Regi brings over three decades of experience building technology products and businesses. His entrepreneurial journey spans launching products, building teams, and growing ventures, combining deep technology expertise with practical business judgment.
Runs the development centers in Kochi and Trivandrum, drawing on 25 years in software and engineering. Previously led operations for TCS and Reliance.
Runs the Kochi office and manages the lifecycle of key projects. Brings 17+ years of product design and development experience.
Leads product incubation and oversees the Middle East portfolio, taking ideas from concept to market. Founded two gaming and IoT companies and co-authored the Agile4MLS paper in IEEE Software.
Leads global software development teams with 13+ years of product experience across ERP, CRM and e-commerce. Has built fintech and healthcare products since 2013.
Leads software development with 20+ years of experience building applications across education, healthcare, fintech and retirement solutions.
Co-founded Stamps.com and served as its founding CTO. An angel investor and mentor in Silicon Valley and India, he leads Jiffy.AI.
