Evaluate and recommend
We assess the most promising opportunities against business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, implementation risk, and the need for human oversight. We conclude with a leadership readout and a written modernization roadmap.

A few focused working sessions with your product and domain experts, along with whatever architecture, workflow, and system documentation is available. Incomplete documentation is normal and not a blocker.
No source code access is required for the standard assessment.

If you choose to continue with Founding Minds, we start by proving value through a focused pilot or implementation of a high-priority recommendation. Scope, timeline, and success criteria are agreed before work begins.
