Story
Founding Minds started as a technology incubator in 2008. The goal was to build an organization that helps companies rapidly incubate new technologies and create solutions.
Through the years, we have helped incubate both technologies and products for our customers, driven IP creation exercises, funded several startup and lead process initiatives. We have built a loyal customer and employee base that resonates with our core values – agility, innovation, honesty, openness and a greater purpose in life.
Today most of our customers are long term partners for who we continue to build new products and services and maintain their roadmaps.
We are not just a software development company for them, but a sounding board for ideas, a lab to innovate new solutions and their product development extension.

Regi brings a wealth of expertise, having led large teams developing WordPerfect Suite at Corel, bootstrapping his medical imaging company and recently helping grow TITUS into a Deloitte Fast 500 company.

Jayan Chacko, the Managing Director, has 25 yrs experience in software and engineering with a background in Electronics and Telecoms. He's worked with clients like Singapore Airlines, Banco Bamerindus, and Geneseek for Fortune 500 companies such as TCS and Reliance. He oversees operations and delivery at the India Development Centres in Kochi and Trivandrum.

He leads Jiffy.AI, an intelligent automation company that recently raised Series B funding of $53m.
