Siji Antony’s own account of an eight-year break for motherhood, and the way back in. First person, and the article names her in its own “About the Author” section: a Senior QA Engineer with seven years of experience in testing web applications.
Siji came back to work through a Kerala government return-to-work programme, and we hired from it. Our own Back to Career project is a separate thing that shares a name.
