Founding Minds will provide intense refresher courses and upskilling opportunities to help these women get back on track and succeed in their careers. For many women, the transition back to work after being a stay-at-home parent can be challenging. In addition to the emotional and physical exhaustion that comes with the chronic stress of parenting, there are also the practical challenges of updating the technical skills and finding opportunities.

But the Back to Career program is designed to address these challenges and help women succeed. The intense refresher courses will cover a wide range of technical topics, including coding skills, project management strategies, and communication. The upskilling program will provide opportunities to learn new skills and gain the knowledge and experience they need to succeed in their chosen careers.

Overall, the Back to Career initiative is a valuable resource for women in Kerala who are looking to re-enter the workforce after a career gap. By providing access to education, training, and support, the program will help these women succeed in their careers and provide valuable contributions to the tech community.
